When I open Adobe Photoshop CS4, the License Agreement keeps popping up. Why?

Okay, so I recently installed Illustrator and Photoshop CS4. When I open Photoshop, the license agreement always opens up, and I always press agree. How can I stop this?

Go to folder where Photoshop is installed and rename adobe_eula.dll to adobe_eula.old.

Where is the adobe_eula file located?? It certainly not in program files - adobe photoshop cs4 or the virtural store/program files etcetc... help!

have another look ...

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4

and do if needs after effects go to fines adobe_eipc(folder)remane eula(folder) like eula_1.
Its works for all adobe cs4 products (separatly)
