What is the best USB Wireless Internet Card to buy (through cell signal)?

What I want out of it is:
Use Skype (VoIP)
Use in Europe and in U.S.
use on Mac OS X
What do you recommend?

Sprint's 3G card. It is really fast (almost like their name...). Also, Sprint is pretty cheap.

However, if you already have a cell phone, it might be cheaper to add one of these to your current plan (with all of the cross-promotions and stuff).
