Programs on Mac computers?

Hi um well i have always had a windows computer so i know what programs come on those when you buy them but in my digital design class we use mac computers. Well on those mac computers there are programs like adobe photoshop and my favorite Adobe Premier! Well i was wondering do those programs automatically come on the Mac computers because if so i would love just getting a mac computer instead of spending near $1000 for adobe premier. Thanks!
