Pinnacle HDTV Ultimate Problem?
I have a Pinnacle HD Ultimate Stick and am trying to use it w/ TVCenter Pro, but every time I open the program I get an error message that says "No channel or hardware available" I've tried using the stick in different USB ports, re-installed the software, and scanned for channels three times. What can I do?! It was working fine for about 2 hours but then it just stopped and now all I get is this error message. I have a cable cord connected to the cable jack on the device from the "To TV" spot on the back of a digital cable reciever. Any advice?
