how do I clean my cookies and temp files from my compter?
please show me how to clean my temp files and cookies from my computer

Go to start, then on run, type %TEMP%, delete everything in there.

Under tools, internet options, delete

go to search, select to search in your c: drive (or your default hardrive) and then search: *.tmp,*.chk,~*.*
then delete everything it finds

In IE click Tools > Internet Options

There a button to Delete Files, Delete Cookies, etc.

Firefox: Click Tools > Clear private data

That'll do it
