I cant get it to open, I'm running xp pro and if you go to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/944221/en-us

It says for xp to type in that address and to look for a pictures.pd4

I'm not seeing a pictures .pd4, I tried to enable hidden files and folders as well and still couldnt see it. How do i fix this?
