i'm guessing it's called the task bar?? the blue bar at the bottom with the start button? anyway, everytime someone turns on the computer and goes to their individual desktop, everything is fine ... but once they or i log off, the second person to log on their desktop end up having problems with the task bar. it flashes on and off the screen and you really dont have enough time to push the "start" and then "log off" button because it's constantly appearing and disappearing. the only way to stop this is to turn of the computer and turn it on again. any help??? oh, and on my desktop there is this "active desktop recovery" crap that keeps showing up. even if i push the button that says "restore active desktop", it will only restore it for the time that the computer is on. when it's shut off then turned back on, the same "active desktop recovery" keeps showing up. any help [again]?
