Is Cubase really worth it?

I want to get it but it looks complex.
Too who ever got it did you catch on quickly?
also is there good hiphop instruments?

Cubase LE4 is certainly not worth bothering with. Just look at the number of forums on the subject. Every one of those is a condemnation of Steinberg personally. If he could produce a recording facility worth a damn, so many people wouldn't need to spend days trawling for answers. DO NOT BUY IT.
