Is this ability only limited to the FBI or can I find an IP address of somebody downloading Illegal content and send it to the authorities? (Don't worry you out there in those series of tubes, by "Illegal Content" I don't mean MP3's or Movies...I think you get the idea.) Please lend me a hand in getting this filth off the interweb.
