    Why is a tar substance leaking onto the floor of my 2009 Ram 1500 SLT?

    I have a clicking coming from an actuator. When i looked under the glove box i noticed sticky black tar had leaked down. Any thoughts.

    I don't expect it to have anything to do with the actuator.
