In terms of opaque, I'd suggest the Chanel laques. I've never tried them (a bit too expensive for me), but some (or all?) have been swatched and reviewed on this site:

And they mostly all have great pigmentation and finish. She has also reviewed the lip tars I believe, so you can maybe try contacting her (or commenting on one of her posts) and ask if she thinks that the Chanel product would be a good dupe for the OCC lip tars, or if she's used anything else that is comparable.
