just a couple a weeks ago i smoked my first cigar with my friends, then 2 weeks later i went to his house and smoked hookah for the very first tme. now tonight i just smoked 2 ciggarettes, and im scared to death of dying. i am a hypochondriac so this is terrible for me. please i dnt know what to do,i thought about commiting suicide just please help. how many cigs does it take to develop cancer. and how can i stop!!!!!
