quitting smoking, does it getter harder?
I quit smoking 3 days ago. This is first time I've attempted to quit and I've read and heard how hard it is to quit.
Well so far its been easy for me. I'm wondering if the worst is still to come. Does it get harder or easier as the days go by being smokeless? I have smoked for close to 20 yrs about a pack a day. Every once in a while i get the craving but seems to pass quickly. I hadnt quit sooner because I heard about how hard it is. Doesnt seem so bad YET! does it get harder the longer you go smoke free? Hope not
