Thread: Quit cigarettes now quit black milds now what?

So I smoked cigarettes for about 5 months and quit that for about 4 months now i have moved on to black milds and now quit that because lets face it all this smoking will kill me... so its been 2 days of not smoking a black and mild but i still have like a sore throat and its hard to to breathe.... is this because i have been inhaling them? and do you know how long it will take to feel better again. i also keep getting headaches from not smoking i think =/..... any ideas? thanks!
