I don't think Obama and Nancy want a bunch of smokers showing up at the White House , that have been without a cigarette for a week or two ,they think tea baggers were bad, they haven't seen anything yet************************************
Im not sure what kind of proof there is. Tobacco is harmful, but it is a personal choice to use it. I would have to say that for something like cigarettes, a location based ban (for restaurants and such) would be all that is needed.
America is all about freedoms, there is no reason in hell why politicians should even try and tell me what i can do when it comes down to personal choices. It should only be an issue when my actions directly effect other people (second hand smoke).
