My face looks old...i'm a 24 year old guy...i smoked for a long time ..i know i can't reverse the damage...and thats fine...but i'd like to stop it in it's tracks...what do you ya'll use on your face? i was using aveda foaming face wash and nutregena oil free moisturizer. my face got worse with acne and just looked terrible... today i started using pro active the 3 step program and still used to nutregena oil free moisturizer...what do you guys use? is this a good mix? i just want to look good..i'm taking good care of myself and i want my face to show it...any recomendations ?? let me know!

If you force yourself to drink pure water even when ur not thirsty?
Your skin will glow.
Outside cosmetics do little in comparison, water will flush the toxins.
Get off soda pop and junk food. Stop smoking but even if you smoke your skin will look a lot better.
