    How to quit smoking cannabis?

I have been smoking heavily for almost five years. I have only smoked cannabis in my lifetime, no cigarettes. I am a musician and also a college student and I know it's holding me back. I have so much stress in my life and it's the only thing that that helps at all that I have knowledge of. I want to quit so bad, it's just really hard. I always think about it when I run out or am close to running out or think about how and when ill get more. Please if you can help me or have any tips at all don't hesitate to answer. I really need to quit before its too late and it ruins my life.

You have a start as you are not in denial and that's good.
I would try to get in a program for quitting with a sponsor.

    lol just stop smoking it...
Not like you can get addicted.
Now, if you're concern is the habit of SMOKING in general (which is the addiction of the ACT of smoking) then I suggest drinking tea.
I know it sounds weird, but I've had to stop smoking so I can get a job. And until I can pick it back up again, I drink a lot of tea and it helps. Go for 100% herbal (NOT Lipton. Try Celestial Seasonings)
(NOTE: The tea really helps with stress)
