iv been on them for 7 days now and iv given up smoking, iv been putting it on my arm and having a bathe is awkward ad i had to keep the patch on and try not to get it wet, do i leave the patch on but that way it will fall off, or can i take it off and put a new one on when i get out? i don't know what to do.

Take your patch off before you shower.
Put a new one on when you are done.
