I quit smoking for 3 days and then I got bored feeling stirring crazy like pacing little bit trying to keep my mind off cigarettes but I seem to failed. I was wondering if anyone who quits cigarettes what you be doing to keep yourself busy to help yourself quitting smoking? It winter season and people here are rude in chicago make me felt left alone and smoking is my problem and I really want to quit. What do you do to support yourself quitting smoking, I tried gum but it not working for me. Need some advice from anyone. Thanks
