Thread: is the e cigarette or bad?

ok so i got an e cigarette and i heard they are really bad but i had it for like 3 mins in total and i never inhaled it so would it cause me any problems and ive thrown it in the bin cause i aint sure about it im 15 so will it do damage or am i healthy. thanks

I have heard that the e cigarette is pure tobacco without all the chemicals so it cant be worse than cigarettes keep at it and I hope it helps you stop smoking
