Unfortunately, this is one handset that Sonyericsson haven't made very well. A number of people I know and a lot of people on here have had problems with it over the last few months and they virtually always involve the very flimsy flip down front. It either breaks easily or doesn't work properly and people can't use the Walkman feature because of it. I would on this occasion steer clear of it (and the W910 as that's had loads of problems as well)

i got one! it DAMN good value for money... camara works well.. nice and thin in your pocket... mp3 works well... dont get it if you want videos and such because it cant record them but i love mine... looks sweet too if i may say so... ummm.. ye, go for it i never looked back

trust me do not get this phone. i had it and had to have it replaced 5 times due to the same problems, it kept switching off all the time midway through writing a text and also sometimes if you were talking on the phone. then once i put it on charge and it wouldnt charge. i had enough of the same problem, orange thought it was a fault with this model so they gave me a nokia instead, since then ive had no problems x
