Hi, I really need to know whats the best routine to get ripped. I am already satisfied with my size, but of course I wish to improve in that too, but my first priorty is to get more ripped. I was thinking:

Day 1: Chest, Biceps, Protein shake, then 15 mins cardio
Day 2: Triceps, Forarms, Protein shake, then 15 mins cardio
Day 3: Back, Shoulders, Protein shake, then 15 mins cardio

then Repeat back to day one, 6 days a week (sunday off). And of course a 7 min. hardcore nonstop ab workout once a day hours before my workout. And a full meal about 20 mins after cardio.

I hope this is a good solid routine, anyone who knows about working out please help me out on what i should change or improve on. Also After the 7 min nonstop ab workout should i eat right after or drink a protein shake or what?


I am 17 years old, 5'11, and about 175lbs
