    What Does It Mean When You Call Somebody With Tmobile And It Says "this...

    ...customer Cannot Consume Incoming Calls? Idk What It Means But My Girlfriends Phone Has Been Off And She Hasnt Called Me All Day And Then When I Just Called Her It Said "at The Subscribers Request..this Phone Cannot Accept Incoming Calls"......so What Does That Mean? Did She Not Pay Her Bill? She Always Has It Payed Though Or Did She Change It On Me?.....its Tmobile

    Why Do You Have To Yell Like This!! Can You Not Type Like A Normal Person Are You Aware Caps Is The Same As Screaming I Would Imagine She Didnt Pay Her Bill Is What It Sounds Like Or Went Over Her Minutes. Maybe She Got Mad Cuz You Yelling Like Its Normal And Blocked Your Phone Number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    it means she has turned her phone off from accepting incoming calls. she could of either turned her incoming calls off. or could Simply be having phone problems. my boyfriends phone did the same thing a few days ago an he was just having phone problems. her bill must be paid cause then it would just go straight to voice mail.

    I have called T-Mobile customers and received that message, when their service had been suspended (usually because the bill is past due).
