(Switching is not an option right now)? I have no DSL service from Verizon. It was shut off due to their error.
5+ hours have been spent on the phone, 2 hours with an online 'tech rep'.
1 day taken off from work waiting for a tech that never came, and never had to come.
Verizon made us cancel our account (pay $100 cancellation fee) and then order a new account.
This process will take 10 business days. (Why would that take any longer than 1 day?)
I need a different service for one week. Any suggestions?
