Bell (Gauss) curve graphs for Excel 2007?

I have data which needs to be plotted on a bell curve graph using Excel 2k7. The problem is that I don't understand how the thing works.

I have the mean and the std dev. that I need, but I have absolutely NO idea where the hell to plug this information in.

    Help.

I could help you if it was excel 2003. Sorry. Excel 2007 is not very user friendly, although they claim it to be. Good luck.

I googled normal distributions on excel 2007, and got this site: http://www.exceluser.com/explore/statsnormal.htm

It has the commands for excel. I hope it helps
