Okay so I have a sinus infection + flu.
I didnt workout yesterday. and I feel guilty..and just blah.


Today This is what I ate:
-Kashi oatmeal and emergen-c (170 cal)
-Light wheat bread all natural turkey sandwich, serving of kashi crackers, Kashi protein/fiber bar, a few carrots, and an apple.

Then I went to the gym and did a light workout.
I ran 3 miles on the elliptical levels 5-7
and I ran 1.3 miles on the treadmill.
I also walked .4 of a mile.
then 200 crunches and 40 leg lifts.

Was that workout even good? I cant miss mroe than 2 workouts a week so I had to today..and I have to tomorrow.

and for dinner I had this:
-1/2 cup brown rice
-60 calories of egg whites (12 grams protein)
-2 cups steamed broccoli
-one apple and one small banana

-Veggie burger

and I had a special K protein snack bar for dessert

so in all today I had about 1430 calories.
Is that too much considering my workout was really light?
I cannot afford ANY weight gain.
please be kind and help me out.
I am 17, 5'5'', and 106 lbs.
