Well I have been doing ok for about 5 or 4 month somewhere around that, but last weekened I had a domino effect event in my personal life and that took my confidence and my principles away and devestated me. For about these couple of days I have beem broken down I cant stop myself from over eating and espeacially junk food and ALOT of milk! What can I do to take control over myself agian? I am agian begging to balance but this time I am going to stick sweets there so I dont go haywire agian how many times a week should I eat sweets? Help Please!
