A friend of my had a Pokemon Ruby cartridge, and he gave it to me because it has some problems.
Like, when you turn it on, it has a wierd message that says, "This game can be played!" Which I thought was very strange considering I have another copy of Ruby and it doesn't say that at startup.
Here's the deal though, the cartridge is grey, and the sticker is different. The sticker isn't foil like the original, and the fine print and stuff are in different places.
I haven't tested it yet, but the kid who gave it to me told me that if the battery dies while playing, the save data gets erased.
So, I'm not complaining. I don't plan on playing it or anything, I'm just curious.
