Yo tenia este problema y esta solucionada.
    Sigue los siguientes pasos.

    1- Baja firmware nwz-b133f (firmware nwz-b130 v-1.01)

    2- Baja firmware nwz-b103 (firmware nwz-b100 v-1.3)

So for Mac, I discovered a solution:

It seems this error occured when it was improperly disconnected (i.e. the cord was removed from the player when the "Do Not Disconnect" warning was displayed.
This would cause my player to shut down almost instantly after displaying the Walkman splash screen (startup logo).

To fix this, I reconnected it. The Mac may not recognize it, don't worry. Then I started System Profiler (Applications>Utilities>System Profiler). This caused the Mac to check its USB's, and the Mac found the walkman. The Walkman then realized it was connected to the Mac, and was resurrected.

Presto, problem solved. Good luck to you all.
