    Weight lifting workout routine.?

    i want to look hot. whats the best SIMPLE routine for a really skinny guy with limited equipment

    Just get active man. play sports as much as you can. its that simple. lol

    -Push ups
    -Stomach crunches
    -Pull ups
    -Leg lifts

    -Eat healthy. Limit junk food. Loads of clean protein and water.

    Get with a personal trainer if your really serious.
