why my windows xp take couple of seconds to load the taskbar? I already disabled all the unused services in msconfig-startup.
when the windows loading.. the taskbar will become like blur.. can't see it either. then after few seconds only comes up normally. anyone please tell me how to fix this. My pc just formatted and installed all software the the problem comes. My pc running Quad Core with 3GB ram
