gear/speed up towards the end? ... or that have two discernible 'gears', slow then fast or even vice versa!

For example 'Tin Omen' by Skinny Puppy, starts with a malevolent chug then all merry hell eventually breaks loose...

Around 3:55 to 4:10 the volume gets really loud at times... the guy that made the video must of did that because it's not like that on the album. Just a warning.
