I need help with my slow Internet!?

My Internet became slow yesterday. I'll click on internet explorer and go to a website, but it shows the page and pauses for a bit, then the page is finally loaded. I don't know why it all of a sudden started doing this.
I have an anti-spyware program and use it on a daily basis.

Any thoughts? please? =(
 
It may be browser problem or your internet connection problem . sometimes, your requested page takes long time to load due to any of the following reasons :

Heavy traffic
Malware etc

To overcome those problems, you can use the tips to increase internet speed .

1. Clear cookies from your browser
2. Close unwanted background tasks when you are working with the internet .
3. Scan your internet by using standard Anti-virus software
4. Reset your modem and reconnect with the internet.After that , you can test your internet speed by using Scanmyspeed.com to get better results .
