i recently switched to t-mobile and i hate there phones so i want to un-lock my sync but when i tried it tells me, phone freeze please contact service provider, anyone got any answers for me, thanks

try taking the battery out and waiting 15 seconds and turn it back on if that doesnt help your going to have to call or go into a tmoble store

wat u hav to do is very simple just give ur mobile in mobile service store and they will get it ready for u within half an hour.
