the morning,feel sick - Stop? I took the morning packet,ad am feeling sick( obviously,its going to take some effect,so of course ill feel a little nautious.) Is it ok to just stop,and return the product,or now that I've taken the packet,do I have to finish the program..and,reading up on colon cleansers Ive seen people say you flush out important bacteria within the colon..Did I just do that with this one serving or am I alright? I a little woried. Its only been an hour or so,I feel,better like its working but yet somewhat sick and have not gone to the restroom yet.
