Battery charger - trying to find Nimh or Nicd charger that will handle all battery

sizes and do it smartly....? For the kids toys. Willing to spend up to $150 - the kind of charger that will discharge, charge and trickle charge, "plug and forget". Not looking for the wally world or battery brand / version that holds 2 batteries. Thanks!
