I bought an EnV off ebay after losing my old one, and wish to activate it. according to a guide, i need the esn to give to a customer service rep on the phone. from top to bottom on my label, i have :

MEID
is the MEID string the ESN? i've heard it is normally 8-11 digits, this is 14. just a bit worried.
also, after i activate this phone, how can i get my old number back? i liked it much better than the new one.
