    Can you use a cincinnati bell sim card on a at&t phone?

    i have a cincinnati bell SIM card but i want to use it on a motorola c1681 at&t phone but there is a network PIN number that i dont know can u help PLEASE

    You have to free the phone.
    This means that the phones have a restriction so you only use the SIM cards from the same company.
    Even though this shouldn't be allowed, because they can't MAKE you use only their company services.
    But anyway, to free your phone you have to find the code for the type of cell phone that you have.
    It requires a little search depending on the brand, Nokias are the easiest to find the code and to free.

    Yes,provided the phone is unlocked from AT&T network.To unlock you can approach Simpleunlocking.com and get the required unlock service by specifying the mobile make,model,country,locked network.Based on the availability you can get the unlock service along with free instructions.once unlocked you can swap networks.
