!!!Help!!! With Telus phone?

Hi...I have a phone from telus nokia 6265i....from last night when i try to turn it on i only get the welcome msg..thn the phone turn off again automatically...The thing is does anyone know what can i do to fix it?I allready took it to telus and they said it's gonna cost more then 100 bucks to fix it over there...

2..and my second question is if i buy another telus phone from someone..Will i be able to use it?And how can i activate that phone on my account?

If you're on a plan, you shouldn't have to pay to get it fixed, period.

If you're on a Pay&Talk, then your best option is just to buy another Telus phone.

If you're buying from another person, you need to go with that person to a Telus store so that he/she authorize Telus to release the phone and hook it up in your name.

If your phone is more than a year old then the warranty is expired so it probably isn't worth paying to get it fixed. Maybe your battery has gone bad and will no longer hold a charge, try to borrow one somewhere and see if that's the problem. Replacement batteries can be had on ebay for about $10. If you buy a TELUS phone from another person make sure it is not attached to an account (call 611 from the phone and ask TELUS). Transfer the esn to your account to replace your broken phone from your mytelusmobility login and you only pay $10.
