How do you change the theme on the LG Cookie/?

I cant figure out how to change the theme!!!

hey, i dont want to register my phone too the lgmobile thing where u can download themes apps and stuff, as it wants my number thing and i dont want it to ban my phone, anyone know where i can download free good apps?
