private individuals? My city's government has a rather questionable background, and it's becoming a little irritating that they make things so difficult to obtain.

I've submit 4 FOIA requests for the same exact thing and they know exactly what I'm looking for, yet they still come back and say that THIS needs to be corrected and THEN I will provide it to you. That sort of procedure is not effective at all since it creates unnecessary problems for people filing requests.

At this point, I'm wanting to just request the Minutes, Agendas, and Audio Recordings for all the city council meetings through July this year and post them online since they are public records. Is this legal?
