I'm 13 years old, 5'2 118 pounds but recently i started eating alot of junk food over the summer, but i excersized so much i didn't gain too much weight. Now i've almost completly cut junk food out and i feel guilty if i eat it, but i still pig out and then consider throwing it up, but i never do or even try to. i would love to shed 20 pounds but im going to go on a diet this summer, but idk if its healthy because it woud be:
1 muffin, 1 roll, dinner
and i dont know if thats healthy especially when you add in
1-1.5 hours of bike riding
but i'm really uncomfortable with my body so
is this healthy?
