my laptop wont connect to the internet, either thru hard wire or wireless.?

when its wireless it connects to the signal, but internet wont work..same as hard wire..hardwired used to work, but not now...why wont it let me connect?

Might be an internet explorer problem. Once you connect to either wireless or wired, try going to start -> Run -> cmd and then type in ping google.com

If you get a screen such as this one :

Pinging google.com [74.125.45.100] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 74.125.45.100: bytes=32 time=30ms TTL=235

Then it is a problem with your internet explorer. To fix IE, go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab and click reset at the bottom.
