They try to push on me a second phone with a different number which I refused from the beginning. I was under the impression that I was going to up grade my plan from 450 minutes to 550 minutes. Instead what they did was open a new account with a different line/phone number. When I received the new phone which I wasn't expecting I sent it back the following day. Now they want me to pay for activation which is insane because i never activated anything. I didn't even activate it because I don't need two phones. I received the phone on a Sunday and returned the follow Monday. Why do I feel like I'm being ripped off for no reason. Please give me some feed back if you ever been in a similar situation, thanks in advance.
