Depending on your provider (yours is AT&T) sometimes the Bluetooth is locked to specific services and you might not be able to transfer files from/to your Samsung.
That said, you need to make sure that your bluetooth Samsung is "visible" to other devices.
When you start the Bluetooth in your Samsung, check the settings and make sure that your Samsung "Visible" (or something similar) option is CHECKED.
Once that is, your Samsung should be visible to other devices.
