    internet tobacco shopping?

    does anyone no the legality's of importing tobacco duty free off the internet some say 200 cigs or 1200 and are they all subject to duty even if you stay in the guide lines i just bought 10 pouch of drum so 500gram
    and the postman put a nice note saying ive got to pay £88.45 in duty.
    i thought its o.k for personal use.

    any lawyer citizens advice people

    Saucy and aftage are absolutely right, for your £88.45 you can fly to Majorca and but it yourself.
