Looks like your laptop isn't seeing the CD drive. If the CD drive is removable, I'd pop it out to make sure my evil brother didn't put tape over the connection. If that doesn't work, he may have deleted the CD drive from your hardware inventory, or loaded an invalid driver on it so that it wouldn't appear. Go to Control-Panel -> System. Choose the hardware tab and check to see if the CD Rom drive is there. If it is, delete it and then go back to the control panel and select Add New Hardware. See if that finds it.
If none of that works, I'd say your evil brother probably had nothing to do with it, and that you have a real hardware problem (either with the CDRom drive or the laptops motherboard).
right click on the cd drive in my computer and select explore.
then locate the setup.exe file and d.click on it to install.
if u select explore and nothing shows up then eithe the cd is damaged or the drive is damaged in some way, if other things work fine in the cd drive then its pointing to the cd itself been damaged or its blank
