I have been on maternity leave for nearly 9 months now and am due back to work on march 13th. I have been told that i have still acrued holidays while i have been on maternity leave and am entitled to them at the end of my 39 wks maternity pay. Is this true? And will it still apply to me as im not returning to work for the company.
