What is the best Cellular/Computer Phone for the internet, you tube, and for typing?

What Cellular/Computer Phone is the best that will work like my laptop. Where I can view you tube videos and type on a regular keyboard, and all other normal laptop functions, (internet). Also GPS, navigation system would be a plus!
