I have a 94 chevy 3500 truck the other day when i went to go to work i started it and it was a lot louder then the night before it idles like crap and has no power at all i have to lightly press the gas to get it to move if i press it any farther the motor will cut out until i let off the gas it does run better in the upper rpms. i changed the plugs and wires but still the same any ideas what it could be. Im thinking the o2 sensor but would that cause a real rough idle as soon as i start the truck.
oh i forgot to add i did change the fuel filter that was actually the first thing i did

Yes the 02 sensor can cause it to idle rough & lose power as well. It could be as simple as a clogged fuel filter , so you may want to check that out You should have a check engine light on if it's the 02 sensor or TP sensor ( Throttle position sensor ).
